As part of our work together, I offer gentle, evidence-based tools to support better sleep. I'm certified in Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), also known as Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation technique that brings the body into a deeply restful state without needing to fall asleep. It’s especially helpful for calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and retraining your body’s ability to rest.
We may also explore Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR), breathwork, or other mindfulness-based techniques depending on your needs.
